CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, we will require advance notice two days before the date of your
arrival otherwise you will be charged the cancellation fee of one night's stay.
Cancellations made with two days notice or more will not be charged.
NOTE - If you fail to check in as scheduled, we will cancel all your bookings and you will be

Rules in Hostel
Time:
- Check-in time 15:00 to 22:00.
- Check-out time 8:00 to 11:00.
- Reception hours : 8:00-11:00, 15:00-22:00
- We have no curfew and lockout.
About your arrival
- If you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your luggage in the storage room during the reception hours.
- During the off-hours, the frontdoor in locked for security. So please arrive during the reception hours.
- Once you check-in, you can go out and come back any time with the room key and the entrance key.
Payment:
- Please make your payment for your whole nights to stay on your arrival.
- ¥1000 Key deposit is required. We give it back to you when checking out.
- Credit Cards accepted (VISA or MASTER)
Others:
- Smoking is not allowed inside of the building.
- Please help management to save electricity and water.
- We will keep an unclaimed lost article for 3 month.
